I bought Procare and love it. Well first I bought childcare sage. Bill (the owner, sales person, and support person) would call me back while I had the 60 day return period but as soon as it was over, I couldn't get any help. This program looks like it was made in the 1990's. I was trying to save money by buying it and now I"m out more b/c I had to buy Procare next. I am very happy with procare, you get so much more for your money.

This software is very complicated and requires lots of IT help installing and learning how to use. It is very archaic and not user friendly. The main problem I have is the the developer/owner/sales/IT person Bill Jacobs will not return your phone calls once you have purchased the software and your trial 60 days is over.

you have got to be kidding!! you obviously never needed support for childcare sage. They NEVER get back to you and leave you in a lurch for months . Worst co ever. Ask users dont believe the owner's testimony. BS

I bought this software and was very dissapointed. First off, the creator is also the IT department and Sales. He will answer your phone call when you are interested in buying it but not when you need IT support. It is overpriced and very difficult to use. I would not purchase this software. It was a waste of money and now I have bought new software from another company b/c Bill Jacobs creator of childcare sage will not refund my money.
